The Japanese art form of paper folding, designed to make objects, creatures, and various other things is known as Origami. The slow and gradual movement of the entire body helps in circulation thus strengthening all body parts. Practising Tai Chi regularly keeps one flexible, disease-free, and stress-free. Names of some of the styles of Tai Chi are Yang, Chen, Sun, and Wu etc.
