The Chinese martial art form of Tai chi is being widely accepted as a holistic approach to feel fit and peaceful. A slow and graceful art form it is supposed to be excellent as meditative therapy keeping the mind focussed, calm, and peaceful. The Tai Chi forms include plenty of stretches and gentle exercises along with appropriate breathing techniques providing absolute tranquillity. The slow and gradual movement of the entire body helps in circulation thus strengthening all body parts. Practising Tai Chi regularly keeps one flexible, disease-free, and stress-free. Names of some of the styles of Tai Chi are Yang, Chen, Sun, and Wu etc.
